InNexus Biotechnology to Present Data at AACR -- New DXL625 (CD20) Data Demonstrates Superiority Versus Competing CD20 Antibodies --

BRITISH COLUMBIA, Canada-02 April 2008-InNexus Biotechnology Inc. (OTCBB: IXSBF)(TSX VENTURE: IXS), (http://www.ixsbio.com), a drug development company commercializing the next generation of monoclonal antibodies based on its technology, Dynamic Cross Linking (DXL™),announced that they will be presenting new in vivo proof of principle data at the American Association for Cancer Research in San Diego, California on April 15, 2008.

Dr. Thomas Kindt, InNexus Biotechnology’s Chief Scientific Officer stated, “We will be presenting a comprehensive set of data showcasing the kinetic advantages seen with DXL™ enhanced anti-CD20 antibodies, as well as a novel B-cell depletion model. Our data shows that DXL625 resulted in a significant reduction in B-lymphocytes in rabbits while a competing commercialized anti-CD20 antibody was shown to result in no such reduction.”

“This newly acquired data demonstrates the in vivo superiority of DXL625 as compared to competing commercialized CD20 antibodies, without an increase in toxicity or immunogenicity,” said Jeff Morhet, Chairman and CEO. “This paves the way toward the next steps in our development of DXL625, which includes a kickoff of primate studies and ultimately, an IND submission to the FDA.”

Following InNexus’ presentation at AACR on April 15th, the data presented will be available via the InNexus website at http://www.ixsbio.com.
