Three Leading Pharmaceutical Trade Publications Highlight InNexus’ Proprietary Technology, Dynamic Cross Linking. Coverage Includes Drug Delivery Technology, Innovations in Pharmaceutical Technology, and PFQ Magazine

BRITISH COLUMBIA, Canada—29 January 2008—-InNexus Biotechnology Inc. (OTCBB: IXSBF)(TSX VENTURE: IXS), (http://www.ixsbio.com), a drug development company commercializing the next generation of monoclonal antibodies based on its technology, Dynamic Cross Linking (DXL(TM)), was recently featured in three leading pharmaceutical publications, Drug Delivery Technology, Innovations in Pharmaceutical Technology, and PFQ Magazine. This media exposure is part of an aggressive public relations initiative to elevate awareness of the Company’s proprietary technology, world-class team and pharmaceutical industry partners.

In an effort to garner interest among the pharmaceutical community, including research and development professionals, CEO Jeff Morhet contributed an article to Drug Delivery Technology’s Specialty Pharma section. The piece describes InNexus’ Dynamic Cross Linking technology and how it could be used to improve the target-binding affinity of existing monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs) as well as those in development. The full text of the article (total circulation: 20,000) titled “Improving Therapeutic Antibodies” noted how Dynamic Cross Linking (DXL), under development at InNexus Biotechnology, improves an antibody’s avidity for its target without affecting critical binding or immunogenicity factors. DXL is based on the discovery that certain naturally occurring antibodies bind to one another, as dimers, after they attach to a target.

InNexus CEO Jeff Morhet also contributed a bylined story to Innovations in Pharmaceutical Technology, a unique publication based in the United Kingdom dedicated to the analysis and discovery of new ideas, developments, and innovations affecting the research and production of finished pharmaceuticals. Mr. Morhet was among a select number of leading authorities and experts within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries asked to identify the next generation of innovations that will soon be making a tremendous impact. Mr. Morhet’s story focuses on DXL technology. The journal is distributed worldwide three times a year to over ten thousand industry professionals and is a supporting partner to many leading pharmaceutical conferences, exhibitions, and other events. The current issue can be viewed on a complimentary basis with a free sign in.

Finally, Mr. Morhet also bylined an article that was also featured in a recent issue of PFQ Magazine (total circulation: 16,500). Addressing research and development scientists, senior management, and outsourcing decision makers, Mr. Morhet discussed the challenges that lay ahead for MoAbs. In the article, Mr. Morhet states that, “The fact that DXL MoAbs are entirely new molecules is both a blessing and a curse of sorts. The good news is that, being entirely new molecules, these products carry no intellectual property restrictions. Since InNexus owns the relevant patents, the entire portfolio of current MoAb blockbusters is open to DXL modification. The bad news is that since these are new compositions of matter, regulatory authorities and good clinical practice suggests each one must be tested as such, through a complete set of clinical trials.”
