Jeff Morhet Jeff Morhet became Chief Executive Officer and President of InNexus in the fall of 2006 and was named Chairman of the Board of Directors in September 2006. Morhet held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of InNexus prior to becoming CEO.


With the goal of establishing InNexus as a world leading drug developing biotechnology company, Morhet has developed InNexus' strategic focus and concentrated its investments on three long-term growth opportunities: Developing InNexus' DXL™ technology platform and other technologies of the company to be recognized as an industry desired drug development strategy; creating value enhancing new molecules and building a sustainable pipeline of enterprise growing projects; and leveraging the focus, expertise and assets of InNexus to forge credible industry relationship propelling the programs, business and notoriety of InNexus.


At the same time, Morhet has built a world class leadership and advisory team, formed key strategic partnerships and built a portfolio of products, some already reaching pivotal milestones and meetings with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Prior to joining InNexus, Morhet spent his career at Baxter Healthcare, Merck & Co. and AstraZeneca where he held a variety of management, operations, sales and marketing roles. He has launched numerous biotech companies as well as leading clinical programs of all phases of human trial testing through the FDA including Phase III oncology trials.


Morhet is a nationally recognized biotech startup expert consulting for numerous cities, regions, universities, organizations and companies. He has also founded the non-profit science-focused organization, ThirdBiotech Research Group Inc. (www.thirdbiotech.com) whose mission is to promote the development of science, technology and intellectual property to drive the formation, advancement and growth of biotechnology companies and technology entrepreneurs. Additionally, Morhet has designed and developed the Innovations Incubator (www.innovationsincubator.com), located in Chandler, Arizona offering a novel, compelling and truly collaborative blend of services and resources for innovative entrepreneurs of the life sciences and emerging technology industries. Additionally Morhet is a member of numerous public, private and non-profit Boards of Directors. He is a prolific writer and lecturer on entrepreneurial innovation and biotechnology and regularly contributes articles for numerous publications. He has made a number of inventions in the areas business strategy, finance, royalties and tax structure filed as patents at the US Patent and Trademark Office and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University as well as attending Arizona State University's Executive MBA Program and Harvard Business School.
