XERIS PharmaceuticalsUnder a research agreement announced December 10, 2009, InNexus and XERIS Pharmaceuticals will work jointly to identify DXL antibodies which are suitable for subcutaneous delivery to patients using XERIS' proprietary formulation-injection technologies.

GenhelixOur letter of intent announced July 8, 2009 with Genhelix sets the stage for a planned strategic collaboration to focus on developing novel antibodies engineered with Innexus' proprietary DXL technology. Innexus plans to conduct preclinical development for a DXL-modified therapeutic against an undisclosed target, with Genhelix providing GMP production and commercial manufacturing.

Evogenix (Cephalon)Our technology collaboration agreement originally announced October 3, 2006 with Evogenix is designed to evaluate the use of Innexus' DXL technology in combination with an antibody for the treatment of certain viral infections. Innexus will work with antibody therapeutic company Evogenix Limited (now a unit of Cephalon), which is developing an improved version of the antiviral drug for clinical testing.

AffimedOur research collaboration with Affimed which was originally announced April 10, 2006 represents a unique product development opportunity for both companies, leveraging the potency-enhancing capabilities of Innexus' DXL technology with the antibody-generating capability of Affimed's extensive antibody libraries. Under terms of the agreement, the companies are to complete feasibility studies leading to Innexus' right to license one of Affimed's antibodies while Affimed will have the right to license DXL technology for a specified antibody.

Corixa (GlaxoSmithKline)Our research collaboration originally announced September 10, 2003 with Corixa is designed to demonstrate the power of DXL technology to increase the therapeutic efficacy of selected antibodies. The partnership reinforces the commitment of Corixa to the development of select antibody products that can promote tumor elimination or shrinkage, resulting in improved cancer patient response or survival, as evidenced by the company's successful development and approval of BEXXAR for the treatment of Follicular Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. |
